• We have recently had a garage conversation and first floor extension done by Parkstone and are very pleased with the end result. Ross and his team finished the work quickly and efficiently and with minimal disruption to the rest of the house. The finish is to a high standard. We hope to use Parkstone again for further work in the future.

• Ross and his team recently completed our single storey kitchen extension and we couldn't be happier with the result. The standard of workmanship is great and they were courteous, tidy and helpful all through the build. They also competed it in half the time we were quoted by most other builders. We will look to use them again for future building work.

• Ross and the team completed our extension around 3 years ago, to a very high standard. Since the first floor extension and ground floor conversion was completed, there has been plenty of storms and strong winds and I’m pleased to say there has been no issues with any aspect of the build. I’ve seen plenty of other builds, including new builds that unfortunately can’t say the same.
  
  We and our neighbours where very impressed with the speed of the build and the lack disruption caused to everyone in the close.
  
  We will be using the team again for all future works.
  
  Rest assured that no money was paid upfront. Payment plan was agreed based on works completed and at no time was I under pressure to make payments that where not agreed, in fact I recall chasing Ross for his invoice as he was so busy doing the work and travelling to our home, that he didn’t get around to raising the invoice. Not by any means suggesting Ross is slack at getting the job done, completely the opposite.
  
  All of the team where very friendly and conducted themselves appropriately, which is a major consideration when you have a young family that are at home during the build in the day.
